Who assembles my flat pack furniture?
Unlike other companies who import staff from all over the country, we use only LOCAL tradespeople from the North East of England. This helps us to keep costs down (and pass the savings onto you) and gives our people local knowledge.
What services do you provide?
We assemble a wide range of flat packed/self assembly products. We assemble most types of flat pack furniture including storage units, beds, childrens furniture, office furniture, and outdoor furniture.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, bank transfer and paypal.
When do I pay?
You pay our assembler when they have finished building your flat pack furniture.
Do you remove packing materials?
No, however we will tidy up after our visit and move the rubbish to your allocated refuse point.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Newcastle upon Tyne and operate throughout the North East of England.

Do you charge a call out fee?
No, we only charge for the assembly service.
How do I make an appointment?
We are available on our mobile office and email service with regular appointments available throughout the day. Our fitters also work early evenings and weekends to suit your lifestyle. If you are requesting a quotation on this website you can also "pencil in" your preferred appointment - we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
What about other suppliers?
We list some major suppliers on our quotation form so that we can assess your item before we provide a quotation. If your supplier isn't listed please type their name into the supplier box and provide as much information as possible (for example, the catalogue number or product code plus a link to their website if they have one).
